Good article, Dawn. Sadly, I think that your comment that Technology (other than SM) didn't get a look-in has been a standard thing at the National Convention for some years.

I don't know if this is because we (generic "we", meaning people who understand & promote technology at NFPs) don't make it "exciting/interesting" enough for a session to be accepted, or whether delegates wouldn't go anyway as that is not what they want to hear about at the NatCon. (I know we can say they *should* go, but not the same as wanting to...!)
